New graduate residency program

Pros: residency program
Cons: little to no breaks, interrupted lunches
PCMH's new graduate residency program is in-depth and thorough, making the new grad confident in what they are doing. Individual floors and their managers oversee the new graduates, and continue providing educational resources.
