Control shipments, transfers, order processing, and document recording
Answer all incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
Follow up and keep customers informed and updated about orders by email/phone
Actively update ACT customer database
Assist distributors, customers and sales associates as needed
Order, package and occasionally ship sample orders
Enter bills/invoices into QuickBooks
Scan, fax, copy, print, shred and file documents
Open and process mail and packages
Enter checks and customer payments into collections log
Assist and manage company’s expenses and bill pay
Work closely with manufacturing plant
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills a MUST!
High School Diploma or GED required
2-5 years of experience in an office setting
Accounting experience preferred
Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
Customer Service focused and solution oriented
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent computer skills: Proficient with Quickbooks (Very strongly recommended) and Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
