Job Description

  • Maintaining Client Satisfaction
  • Support international distributors and direct customers
  • Providing customers with all relevant documentation required for PIVEG products
  • Support sales team
  • Assist with implementing sales strategies
  • Assists in actively updating ACT customer database
  • Assist with lead generation for sales team
  • Assist fulfilling sample requests and purchase orders
  • Assisting with the creation and implementation of Specifications, Certificate of Analysis/Report of Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheets, PIVEG Dossiers (SIDI), international transportation documentation, and hazardous material documentation for transportation.
  • Assembly and Quality Control of regulatory and published documents.
  • Review international regulations for labeling and packaging
  • Effectively coordinate and oversee regulatory application processes
  • Assisting with responses to regulatory agencies regarding product information or issues, registrations, etc.
  • Support efforts to develop new processes, certifications, and procedures based on results of changes in local, state, and/or international regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative support to coordinate and execute the Regulatory submission for products within the company portfolio in compliance with corporate standards, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting with the preparation, delivery and electronic archiving of documentation for inclusion in local regulatory submissions.
  • Ensuring that documentation is complete, meets internal quality assurance and procedural standards and complies with agency requirements.
  • Assisting with regulatory submission for new products
  • Archiving and reconciliation of submissions, approvals and other regulatory documentation.
  • Providing logistical support to Piveg team.
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
  • General office related work
  • Any and all activities to assist in the international sale and marketing of company products

Experience/Desired Skills:

  • University degree or college diploma preferred
  • Excellent computer skills: Proficient with Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiar with Sage Act a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • Flexible during times of change
  • Motivated towards achieving set goals and deadlines in a timely manner
  • Adept at conducting research
  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
  • Strong ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced office environment
  • Conflict resolution skills a must
  • Professional and energetic work attitude
  • Requirements: reliable transportation (vehicle), active Driver’s License
  • International travel 0-10% (passport preferred)

Work Conditions:

  • Overtime may be required in order to meet project deadlines
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other devices and objects
  • Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings
  • Standard work hours are M-F, 8am-5pm (Full Time Employment)
