I worked there almost a year. People were fun to work with very energetic, and clients were excellent. Paychecks would bounce regularly management was inconsistent. They would have unrealistic expectations for 3 techs to support over 40 clients at minimal pay always on call and no support from management. This along with not knowing when and where your paycheck would come from made the job very challenging. The development and compensation was limited to the 2 hours a week the management would involve themselves in the company. After a year I was promised several raises in pay and opportunities which never came to fruition.
