Been working as full-time job or part time job for 2 years now all the sudden it's full-time I have no benefits and doing full-time for 3 months no benefits
In your premises
The store was the GM was purchased by a franchisee. They were obligated by Yum! Brand to retain all of the current employees. From day one they made it clear they wanted me gone. They tried to be subtle about it but it was obvious. If you are applying for Pizza Hut, research the franchisee first. You may opt for employment elsewhere. If you have the option, work for the franchisee NPC International. They are great
Management above me was terrible. I was the only one ever doing anything.
Over worked, poor treatment by team
I needed to be transferred to a closer store due to transportation isuues. My home store General manager was reluctant to get rid of me so he created some scheduling issues and it was just to much added stress. I can't be at two stores at the same time. It creates problems with other managers and my co workers........
