Pros: social club- they arrange evening drinks, free lunches and breakfast sometimes
Cons: short lunch
Exceedingly busy constantly revising schedules of CEO/President and Senior VP, meetings, liaising with other companies, CEO's Board members, arranging travel (logistics of CEO and VP at least twice a month. Organizing events, Board meetings traveling averting crisis, building relations between the Executive office and other departments.I hvae learned about non profits and about our organization operates, the bid process, proposals, how they partner how we operate with both our National and country offices and how we work with USAID, Global fund etc. The management is very hands off as one knows one's tasks and is expected to do them and meet deadlines if and when they arise. The hardest part of my job are the daily alerts I receive from all over the world informing me that a particular place has been struck by some disaster be it disease, environmental or violence and the amount of people especially children have been hurt, affected ir died. The most enjoyable part of my job is the successful stories as well as the camaraderie with my colleagues.
