This company is a complete mess. Stay as far away as you can.
The biggest issue with this company is the over controlling CEO. There is no middle management and the reason for that is because Lisa can't handle being critiqued. It's very much like the movie Ground Hog's Day. Sales drop, Lisa freaks out and hire a high end manager. The high end manager comes in and cleans house then realizes that the company is a mess. The new manager then brings it to the CEO's attention and then she decides he / she is an idiot and promptly fires them. The only management there is a team of "Yes Men" and that is purely from a survival instinct. If you say yes to every crazy idea you survive, If you interject reason into the equation you're fired.
The other "Ground Hog's Day" scenario is Sales. Lisa changes her mind constantly and doesn't let anything develop. The sales focus changes every two weeks. This week they'll divide up accounts based on technology, tomorrow it'll be split up by location, next week by color, etc. This is a huge challenge because the sales team doesn't have time to dig into an account. Also, the clients get annoyed because they will get called from 6 different sales reps in 6 months.
There was a brief window where this company had a fighting chance but those days are long gone. They have shot themselves in the feet so many times that they are finally out of toes and there's no more blood to give.
Essentially this is glorified staffing company not a consulting firm. If they go back to pure staffing they may have a chance but I highly doubt it.
