Not a bad place to work Patient Access Team Lead (Former Employee) – Plantation, FL – May 26, 2017 Management hires friends and family so growth is hard to obtain. Weekends off are for those that have been there a long time. The nurses and administration need a reality check!
Management is not there for the employees
Was this review helpful? Yes 6 No Report I still love Nursing and am very protective of the profession. Travel RN, Staff RN PACU (Former Employee) – Plantation, FL – October 18, 2015 I have been able to adapt to the majority of my travel assignments. Yes, there were 2-3 where the fellow nurses were not as friendly but it didn't interfere with performing my assignment. I learned something at every assignment. It has been an educational experience that I would never trade. When I taught LPNs, I found that floor nurses felt uncomfortable with dying patients. I would stay, after the stu- dents went home, to comfort InHouse Hospice patients. I've had both parents in Hospice and would like to return to what I love.
The love and consolation that Hospice patients give back.
Politics will always be present but I stay as far as I can from that.
