Pros: profit sharing, benefits and vacation pay
Cons: constantly shifting processes
Being self-starter means getting busy, which I did. The job was primarily on the phone communication with customers. I enjoyed connecting with the customers and new product launches. The hardest part was dealing with managers who were inexperienced and ineffective, they got in the way of work getting done more than aided in the production of the dept.
The team of co-workers were great, very supportive of each other and respectful.
I learned that HR is not on the side of the employee but on the side of the managers.
