If managed properly it could be a great company

Poor employee care. Constant mandatory overtime. Processes are outdated and instructions are consistently filled with missing or incorrect information. Production management can't function as a team. It takes six people to do one person's job. Breaks are short. Parking is atrocious and liable to get you late. Good benefits. Mostly good employees.
