No advancement, poor culture

After 5 years there was no room for growth or advancement. Culture was not friendly or helpful, group members did not share knowledge, management left a lot to be desired.
Repetiive tasks daily with little new knowledge. Asked management for growth from the beginning but was ignored. Most co-workers were cold and unfriendly, tho a few were very nice. Culture left a lot to be desired and I have to honestly say most fellow employees were not very bright which made it difficult to deal with them. Most enjoyable part of the job was the limited comraderie on the team, which the group did try to actively support.
fair pay, some decent people
sub-par management, no growth opportunities, technologically behind.
