I have worked for Plummers furniture for a year now and I have been highly impressed. When I first applied, I was not sure what to expect because I had been on a search for an Interior Design position. I sort of stumbled upon this job unintentionally, and I am actually very happy I did!
The entire staff is exceptionally friendly, and that is very important. Most of the staff has been working for the company for more than 10+ years! I never dread coming to work because my coworkers are always so positive and pleasant with everything. Management is always encouraging you to learn more and to grow as an employee. You are never limited to doing the same thing everyday. In fact, you are encouraged to help the entire staff and try new things. Trying your best to learn more and staying busy at work never goes unnoticed. I've only been here for a year and I feel like I am very appreciated by the entire staff, including management.
Besides being a very positive work environment, you also get benefits after your 3 months: medical, vision, dental and paid time off. I was very fortunate to have found this job when I did.
