Work hard...little pay...terrible field leadership.

Those individuals at the corporate headquarters are gold. Don't expect that sort of professionalism when you work on the field. Pay.....is not what was promised. A lot of fees....just to work under Plunketts name.
Flexible hours, and good working environment. Very team oriented.

Plunkett's Pest Control is a great company with an awesome track record. As a past employee at Plunkett's I would suggest it to anyone who is looking for any pest control needs. Plunkett's is the best in the business.
Good reputable company, long hours for little pay.

My service area was so large I could not make any money. Some days were 4-5 hours travel time, which is unpaid. I averaged less than minimum wage. If you're in a bigger city with less travel it would be great. Put on your investigating face and help people solve pest issues. Call backs are free, so do it right the first time or you're driving X miles back to a job, unpaid. Excellent training, but you do follow up training at home, unpaid during slow winter months. Sell, sell & sell.
you pay for truck and materials off the top of your pay, read fine print.

good comapny to work for as long as you do your job, Base + commision job. they love when you make sales, and can put out some high production months. That means huge pay checks. The Nice brand new truck that you get to bring home is cool too. lots on going training.
comopany truck, family owned, lots of free lunches and company incentives
