I think it can take about four weeks but up to 6 weeks to get through a hiring form start to finish. First you interview, then you may have a second or third interview. Next, if you are selected, you will be reqired to go through a background check. Once the back check is completed which can take a week or two, now you have to complete the offer letter. This entire process can take about four to six weeks.

Over worked, under paid. The more you demonstrate you can handle, the more they expect you to handle, without being compensated for. Office supervisor is wonderful, however, the higher ups in Blue Bell just look at your numbers and want more.
