Pros: good benefits, decent to good pay
Cons: cold hearted management, managerial confusion, management does not have your back, work you like a dog, excessive overtime, cold-hearted management
Overall good company which talks a better game than it delivers.
Computer system requires a lot of repetitive input of data, many fields to complete and takes "forever" to set-up a file.
Training is good to begin with, but then they think you're supposed to know "everything" in the first two weeks.
Management divides the office into "pets" and "everyone else".
Lots of micro-management, but not in helpful way.
What is that old song? "The Back Stabbers"? That's management. Smile to your face, and try to undermine you behind the scenes.
No one takes lunches, breaks, and if they do, they're called-out for it.
Peer pressure is tough, and they do not readily accept new or "outside" people.
Company is fairly new, and experiencing growing pains.
Overall a learning experience. If you are young and willing to put-in hours of overtime every day, maybe this company is for you. Just don't express your thoughts, because your feet will be held to the fire.
