Started off as a great local, small business with local owners. Plenty of opportunities for advancement. Good benefits like medical and 401K. They tried very hard to keep their people. It was bought out 3 years ago by a corporation from Texas. Took away 401k. Now no longer provides medical insurance. Management of office is lacking. Bad turn over in customer service. As people leave they are not replaced so there's this feeling that they don't really want to keep the office open.
