Customer situations ranged from new jobs and relocations, to death, tears, and very difficult circumstances. It was fast-paced, plenty of multi-tasking, and overall, very fulfilling as I was helping make lives a bit easier through a company that did what it proclaimed.
I learned how to keep myself, and customer calm in the midst of a "hurricane", as some moves were difficult to achieve within a set budget, placement difficulties, city regulations, weather, dates and times, and container availability, and more. That was the most difficult part of the job.
Management was awesome, as there was always someone there when you needed guidance or an override. We worked in teams, and just like management, seasoned co-workers were very easy to work with and always willing to help.
The most enjoyable part of the job was everything that I have described because those things helped to fine tune the skills I already had, and helped to create new ones.
