This software allows it to serve as an electronic clearinghouse of computers and computer-related products without many of the risks and costs associated with maintaining significant inventory. In July 2008, the Company sold an 80.5% interest in its value-added service business, En Pointe Global Services, LLC (EPGS) to Allied Digital Services Limited (ADSL).
