A junior HS in a great neighborhood
Teacher, New York, NY - February 4, 2013
My day consisted of teaching Spanish language & culture to middle schoolers. I learned that even in nice neighborhoods, kids and families can have lots of problems that will affect there education. My Asst. Principals were very caring about my success as a teacher, and gave me lots of feedback about my work. The teachers on my team were supportive and friendly, and most of the other teachers were as well. the hardest part of the job was keeping up with all of the paperwork, but the most enjoyable part was working with the kids which kept me young at heart and on my toes, and seeing them do well in school.
