Thermoflex® spoolable composite pipe is the lowest-cost, highest-performance solution for gathering, flow and water lines rated below 1,000 psi. Our pipe uses a unique aramid fiber weave, the same material used in bullet-proof vests, to deliver unmatched strength with low weight. Majors and independents have found it is the easiest to handle and lowest cost to install. The proprietary polymers provide the highest levels of hydrocarbon resistance, reduced pressure drop vs steel, and low permeation in high H2S and CO2 environments, and have very good cyclical loading resistance for long life and trouble-free operation
