I spend the last 6 months as an intern at PolyOne. I was assigned numerous projects and was able to work freely under my supervisor. I received a great deal of feedback for my work.

If you like to work hard and you can not make a mistake it is a good place to work for. I learn how to a run difference line. The management was not bad . The co-workers are not nice to work with because if you work better then them they would want you out. Learn how do run the line. Their is that any good part of the job

This company has teh worst management team, starting with the plant manager to the human resourses manager. Lack of respect for its employees.

This is a great place to work. They are very concerned with safety.
The managers have a real idea of what is involved in day to
day requirements to run this company.
I have learned new computer systems , such as the Ariba purchasing system.

I never thought so much went into making plastic. PolyOne makes over 220 types; usually between 5 to 6 million lbs. a month.

love the job and my coworkers. i learn how to mix and match colors, use certain lab equipment, gram scale, lab mixer and oven. real professional workers and supervisor. friendly at the same time. love working there

É uma otima empresa, porém necessita de reformular cargos e substituir funcionarios que não tem bons rendimentos para não atrapalhar a expansão da mesma.
