Busy, yet fun work days.
Cashier (Former Employee), West Branch, MI – March 13, 2013
Pros: everybody got along great. made it a nice, fun work environment.
Cons: when you're working register you can't purchase any food ever because, there is no purchases while on the clock.
There was not one day that went by that i did not crack at least a smile. Everyone got along great and management ensured everyone was having fun in the workplace but also took their jobs very seriously. I was never bored because I always had something to do, which I love. I learned a lot about up-selling and suggestive selling. The hardest thing I – more... would have to say was dealing with all the rude people that came in, but even so you always have to maintain a smile and help them the very best that you can. – less

fast pace productive and fun environment
Prep Cook/Hostess (Former Employee), Herkimer, NY – January 28, 2013
Pros: i got to eat lunch there everyday for free.
Coming in to work every day was me and another co-worker for the first few hours. It was slower pace to start getting started on my daily routine. I liked working there because I knew what was required of me everyday. I basically went down a check list throughout the day.The management was also very involved in getting the restaurant open in time with – more... good presentation. – less

Poor
Dishwasher (Former Employee), Butler, PA – November 8, 2012
Pros: money
Cons: no breaks, horrible management, rude ignorant boss
From the moment you walk into the dish area its constant dishes and stacks of plates. its a constant 5-7 hours of running and trying to stay caught up. the managers would yell at us telling us that we need plate on the buffet or soup bowls. atleast once a week someone was calling off minutes before their shift and i'd have to stay and cover because – more... they are understaffed. the way the management treated the lower workers was horrible. – less

Manager , Cook, Cashier (Former Employee), Muskegon, MI – November 6, 2012
Pros: people were always happy
The day was very bust because there was a buffet to go along with the fact that it was a steakhouse. There was times when even though I was the manager I still went back to the grill and cooked steaks. I actually enjoyed working in a fast paced environment.
