Vertex is currently looking to hire Customer Service Representatives for our Center of Excellence in Waco, TX.
- Enrolling new customers, offering new products and services to existing customers.
- Initiate service orders and provide service order status updates.
- Route escalated customer issues to higher level employees for resolution
- Processing correspondence and updates on customer accounts.
- Processing refunds, compensation requests & changes to accounts.
- Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service Experience
- Must have HS Diploma/GED
- Must have proficient computer skills.
- Must have strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Must have excellent call handling skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.
