I was sad to see such poor training and management. I worked very hard, for minimal compensation.

Nepotism creates a hostile work environment. Under skilled employees are overwhelmed & underpaid. Training is provided with an incompetent and antagonistic practice. Unethical behavior was very stressful.

This company is a bottom line company and this is all they care about. They do not care about the employees or their well-being. The customers and employees both suffer because of this. Poor service to the customer by the employees who are over-worked and under-paid.

I can check the pool for any debris and if we rotated I would be a lifeguard. I learned first aid and aed training with first aid.Management was very competent. The hardest part of my job was making sure everybody enjoyed themselves. The most enjoyable was the assurance I gave people that they were safe.
