I was sad to see such poor training and management. I worked very hard, for minimal compensation.
Remodel Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZ 85040October 9, 2017
Nepotism creates a hostile work environment. Under skilled employees are overwhelmed & underpaid. Training is provided with an incompetent and antagonistic practice. Unethical behavior was very stressful.

Former Employee (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZJune 19, 2016
This company is a bottom line company and this is all they care about. They do not care about the employees or their well-being. The customers and employees both suffer because of this. Poor service to the customer by the employees who are over-worked and under-paid.

Pool Technician (Former Employee) –  San DiegoJune 3, 2015
The job offers freedom but personal integrity must be used. The company provides a company truck and you are on your own for the rest of the day servicing peoples pools.

The hardest part of my job was making sure everybody enjoyed themselves. The most enjoyable was the assurance I gave people that they were safe.
