Low pay, no benefits, high turnover

There is little to enjoy about this place. My fellow employees were a joy to work with as the culture was very young. We also got to dress casually. Other than this, the owner and company found any and every way possible to take advantage of their employees and clients. They are an unethical, structure-less company that invests little to nothing in their employees. Pop Labs promotes themselves as a "stepping stone" for the young, fresh college talent they take advantage of. In my 9 months there, 15 out of 17 positions were turned over.
