Very frustrating place to work. Management is ghetto.
Teller (Former Employee) – Souther Blvd – January 13, 2017
Place is unprofessional. Supervising teller is very ghetto fabulous and will step on whoever she thinks she has to to stay a float or at the top. She has connections with the VP so she pretty much does whatever she wants and everyone else has to either suck it up or kiss her but to make it anywhere in the company. Honestly do not recommend establishment at all. Place is "Ratchet".

A community driven bank with many opportunities to grow
SUPERVISOR (Current Employee) – San Juan, PR – October 20, 2016
Popular Community bank focuses on its customer base and growing within it. As a smaller bank, the degree of engagement with the customers is much more direct than a larger bank. This means that their employees will often find they will have learned more about how the system works in order to effectively assist their customer base.
