Working in collaboration and/or under the direction of our two area orthopedic surgeons, Dr. Rosenberg and Dr. Benz, Porter Hospital offers a coordinated approach to rehabilitation services. This multidisciplinary approach includes the physicians at Champlain Valley Orthopedics and other area physicians, Addison County Home Health and Helen Porter Healthcare – more... and Rehabilitation Center, as well as nurses and therapists at Porter Hospital.

We have facilities at the hospital and satellite clinics at Catamount Park in Middlebury, Little City Family Practice in Vergennes and the Neshobe Family Medicine building in Brandon.
