When I got my job there I thought I had landed the perfect company. It wasnt 2 weeks before I realized the management team knows nothing but numbers, and the so called machinists, had no idea what they were doing. After a year there, they pushed me out the door like they did all good employees. There is no training, they expect you to run all the machines the day you are hired. To be honest it would probably be a great company if it werent for the Management. Lose the guys that run the shop and hire a real manager and Id work there again. Basically it all comes down to 4 douchebags that spend all day In excel trying to figure iut what they are doing wrong. And when they cant, they rely on 8 other people to make a flow chart for them... oh and watch out for HR, they will stab you in the back quick. They are not on your side and dont believe in confidentiality. .. take my word for it.
