I learned how to work on a call center, and how to help people handle their collections.
Management was ok.
We were a lot of Hispanic employees, American and Africa American too.
The hardest part of my was hearing the difficulties people had to pay their bills.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the bonuses, and the people I met.
