Experienced office manager needed for 10-15 hours per week for a growing counseling group practice. This position requires: familiarity with insurance billing and accounts receivable, proficiency with office software (MS Word, Excel, databases), superb organizational skills, good written and oral communication skills. Duties include: phone reception and interfacing with clients, maintaining all aspects of office administration, creating systems where needed and correcting existing systems. This position demands flexibility, adaptability and creativity as well as organization. The ideal candidate will have a consistently positive attitude, ability to think "outside the box," and full confidence in handling every conceivable aspect of administration of a small office. There is opportunity for this position to grow with the practice. Hourly compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
