What could have been.
Employee (Former Employee), CincinnatiJuly 18, 2013
Cons: clients, lack of spine
What started out as a love affair with a wonderful culture in a large independent shop who would go out of their way to make sure everyone was able to grow, learn and benefit from a former "top 25 company to work for" became an uncultured, global digital Chernobyl. Management couldn't keep good staff happy, couldn't keep paying clients on the roster, and everyone worked like they were honestly believing they would be laid off tomorrow. The largest benefit to working at Possible was the culture that was done away with when the clients were.

Getting the most out of you for the least $$$
interactive designer (Current Employee), cincinnati, OHMarch 7, 2013
Pros: great people, get to touch some prominent brands
Cons: long hours with no compensation, limited room for growth, terrible heath care, general lack of caring for employees
I've worked here for years and it used to be much better. Now lack of advancement, stagnant pay, and a nonexistent work/life balance have made it a tough place to stay.
