We are seeking energetic and entrepreneurial professionals to sell the # 1 private labeled prefabricated orthotics to retail shoe stores across the US and Canada.

This is a 100% commission role. We offer very competitive commissions, generous territories, marketing support and a great product and concept that retailers truly appreciate.


Posture Soles is a dynamic designer, manufacturer, and marketer of private labeled prefabricated orthotics. Its large selection of unique products is sold to Podiatrists and Shoe Stores in locations worldwide. For over 10 years, the Company has built its reputation through innovative product development technologies, proprietary manufacturing, and distinct niche marketing.

As a Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to sell our private labeled prefabricated orthotics to accounts in your territory. Your job duties will include prospecting for new business and expanding our market share within our top accounts. You will be required to achieve your quota by consistently performing the required daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. Our Sales Representatives work above and beyond to wow our customers!


Utilize internet search and CRM mining to identify decision makers within key accounts
Prospect by phone to schedule appointments
Make in person presentations of our product and open new accounts
Continually add new prospects to pipeline, and foster a referral network that allows you to build your sales volume incrementally


Experience selling footwear or related products to retail shoe stores.
Must have valid drivers license and reliable car
Bachelor’s degree with a track record of success in a B2B sales environment
Excellent written and verbal skills
Must be influential, persuasive, and capable of presenting to a wide variety of business professionals
Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook) and proficient with web-based CRM
