When I arrive at work I check my emails, return phone calls, and hit the casino floor. I have a clientele of 400 V.I.P.'s that need my assistance with anything that pertains to the casino. I do enjoy working with a diverse of customers and co-workers. A typical day of working at PBC is like working at amusement park because all of the slot machine noises and the crowd of people. I've learned to handle difficule situations with customers and co-workers. As far as management, with my department I barely get a chance to communicate with – more...  my manager. The only means of communication my shift gets is emails and memos. My co-workers are fun to be around and very supportive. The hardest part of the job is the lack of communication with my manager and/or the lack of returning my phone inquires when team members are having a problem. nice environment and a great place to be and you will be able to meet new people each day

Its a decent job, was fun at first, then got really repetative. Deal to the same guests everyday and most of them are nasty and don't tip.
