Good for entry level customer service reps just starting out
Call Center Representative, N Billerica, MA - February 10, 2015
I worked here for 6 mos and Its not a company I would invest myself in, nor a company that I would try to grow with. The overall management of the call center was not good. Customers were not given good service and management didn't care. The hardest part of this job was having management not care enough to thoroughly help an angry customer out. Away from management the warehouse that provided the products constantly messed up orders, so there were problems within that. The company could have tried harder to cater to what its customers needed and while I worked there i barely ever felt like I was actually helping these people out. Most of the time I felt like they were being conned.
The only perks were the people you worked with, and the nice customers you encountered. they made those really bad days better. Its an okay job if you've never really had a "at the desk/ phone" customer service job before. It will give you perspective and insight into what its like to deal with these situations. I personally cannot work for a company that runs itself so poorly and that's how I felt this company ran.
