Working in car sales was defiantly different from other lines of work. You got to have that drive at all times. Everyone has lots of evergy and a "go get them" kind of character. Don't expect to be just sitting there waiting for something to happen. If you sit and do nothing then your day is boring but as soon as you start trying to find ways to bring people in or when showing people cars, it gets very fun. The feeling of selling a car and seeing the smiles you bring never got old.
Managers care about there dealership and really are role models on how to look at your job. Very personable, and they do strive to help you out but if you don't show initiative they will boot you.
