In January 2011, Power joined the movement to revitalize both the City of Chester and the Delaware River Waterfront by relocating the company's headquarters to The Wharf at Rivertown, a 400,000 square-foot innovative, mixed-use office and retail project, located adjacent to a 90-acre waterfront site on the Delaware River. The Wharf features the renovation of an existing building regarded as one of Pennsylvania's most significant architectural and historical structures - formerly the Delaware County Power Plant.
