From the start I was worried about Power Home, the corporate culture is almost cult-ish. First thing they will ask you to do is take a personality test, they claim its for statistics for what kind of people they hire, don't be fooled though, you won't get the job if you're the wrong personality. If you pass their test (which I think might violate job application laws) then you'll be put into their propaganda training, then you're dumped high and dry to endless appointments, and they will lie to you about the time you'll spend at these appointments, it becomes your life.
Great place for training. Proven model that works.

Great training for any and all positions in this industry. Company stands behind their product as well as any company I've ever seen. Lots of opportunity for both parallel and lateral advancement. Lots of opportunity for a young person to learn and grow within the business. Amazing lead generating and sales support. Unlike anything else out there. Very demanding but well worth the effort.

The best part about power is the culture. Everyone is like-minded and competitive and will be there if you are struggling or need help. It is a fun, challenging job, but the work/life balance is hard. You are on call 6 days per week so you cannot have plans, because you will likely be cancelling them. It would be much better if there was more of a set schedule, but I would recommend working here because you learn a lot and it is a fun environment.
