Forklift Operator (Former Employee) –  Wood Dale, ILJanuary 26, 2018
Not the ideal place to work. They have poor management, they do not really care about safety. Supervisors do nothing but walk around and act like their doing something.

Don't Do It!
Engineer (Former Employee) –  Madison Heights, MIDecember 22, 2017
Although they changed all the management in Chicago that were involved in the scandal, the real people responsible are still working at the company. There is no real plan to change or improve the company. Management in MH is non-existent so morale is extremely low with no leadership, goals or plan. Overall company (as mentioned in another note) is a sinking ship. Just don't do it.

Telecommuting

Engine Assembler (Current Employee) –  Wood Dale, ILNovember 29, 2017
Is great for a first job is a good place to build a resume isn't a place to build a career in and grow with. More short term goals here rather than being here long term

Textbook example of fraud and a lack of ethical officers
Senior Engineer (Former Employee) –  ItascaSeptember 28, 2017
Very dangerous workplace if you look closely at what's going on. Engineers vent LPG straight to atmosphere in close proximity to a residential neighborhood. Not sure why management allows this. Very dangerous lab environment. Management consistently issues pay cuts every 3-4 years so consider that as a negative bonus. The last pay cut was 12% because the douchebags in management lied to investors and stole money. People are constantly fired, hired or simply quit. I kid you not, I've worked for more than 8 companies in my career and this is without question the worst company I've ever worked for. If you complain to HR about something legitimate, chances are you will get fired or laid off.
Pros
Not a fast paced work environment, even though everyone says so, nothing gets done faster than any other company
Cons
Executive management and even director level

Don't walk away, RUN !
Assembler (Former Employee) –  Wood Dale, ILMarch 31, 2017
They are always firing people, while others quit. The management is very mean.

Everyone is afraid of the management,

They threatened to fire me twice in the first two hours of my employment. People have been known to quit before they completed one day there.

Excessively hot in the summertime, and they turn down the heat in the winter.

The management is very very unprofessional and they bully everyone.
The hardest part of the day is going to work in the morning, and
the most enjoyable part of the job was leaving for the day.

Good lunch room
