Great coworkers, but not much input from managers. My first job as medical writer and I learned a great deal. The most difficult part of the job was learning specific scientific jargon for CSRs and proposals. The most enjoyable were the personnel I met and worked with.

A pretty laid back place, management in some cases depends on what other co-workers tell them.

I enjoyed my time at PRA and felt they were a stable company however, in 2012 the company experienced some growing pains and laid off a large portion of administrative staff. Those in billable positions did not seem to be impacted.

I worked for this company for two years and was hired as "cheap labor" as my boss calls it. In the time that I have worked for them, I have doubled my responsibilities, extended my work hours, and worked weekends without thanks or compensation.

I learned a great deal from my manager and study team as well.
