Administation, Morrisville - October 12, 2015
It's a small company with a great opportunity to get to know everyone and learn across disciplines: operations, R&D, manufacturing, product and software development. It's a close-knit group of hard working, committed people.
The company hires directly, so I've been working with all types including various engineering disciplines, admin and management. There are no contractors. There is no middle-management. Everyone counts on you to contribute directly. It can be stressful and overwhelming at times. It's not for the timid or lazy. You have to be self-motivated and want to be a contributor.
Projects have small teams, so everyone knows what you've done and how much you contribute. I have learned a great deal and expanded in responsibilities during my time here, in areas that I did not anticipate.
