The company is focused on culture change currently. Typical grey cubicle environment. Work can be fast paced and stressful at times but is balanced by slow periods.

Machine Cell Operator (Current Employee) –  North Berwick, MESeptember 15, 2017
Working here is ok if you have no plans of going beyond the normal. They do not want to pay for good help, more along the lines of just needing bodies there to fill space. Then when not paying they expect everything right away and perfect.

Good place to work. Great pay, fast paced, poor management, and not much room for advancement.
Coating Technician (Current Employee) –  Midwest City, OKAugust 31, 2017
All in all this is a pretty good place to work. They pay very well, the insurance is pretty good. The other benefits and time off are excellent, the 401k, its .60 on the dollar match, I wish it was $1 for $1. The management is not the best. There is a negative attitude swirling around my entire department and it makes coming to work a challenge for me some days. All in all its a pretty good place to work very easy and laid back; so if you could let some of the other stressful things go, its not a bad place to work.
Pros
Great pay, good insurance, and benefit packages.
Cons
Poor management, bad hours, no room for advancement without degree.
