If you want continued growth within a great company try Pratt & Whitney Aircraft. Positive work ethic, excellent benifits. Growth can be in your discipline or out side of that depending upon you personal needs
Machine Cell Operator (Current Employee) – North Berwick, ME – September 15, 2017
Working here is ok if you have no plans of going beyond the normal. They do not want to pay for good help, more along the lines of just needing bodies there to fill space. Then when not paying they expect everything right away and perfect.

Good place to work, they have a huge back log and the company looks good financially for years to come. definitely a good place to work. Lots of training and advancement opportunities. I definitely recommend working here they give you 3 weeks vacation up front.
Program Model Manager (Former Employee) – East Hartford, CT – September 7, 2017
Pratt & Whitney has been a thriving, competitive, and sometimes stressful environment over the last couple of years, which has led to several hiring frenzies along with some layoffs. I think this atmosphere will continue for several more years to come.
Associate Director of Digital Technology (Current Employee) – East Hartford, CT – September 6, 2017
Many great people at P&W. Challenging portfolio of projects every year. Tough environment to keep customers focused. Great opportunity to learn from both subject matter experts and technology consultants.
Good place to work. Great pay, fast paced, poor management, and not much room for advancement.
Coating Technician (Current Employee) – Midwest City, OK – August 31, 2017
All in all this is a pretty good place to work. They pay very well, the insurance is pretty good. The other benefits and time off are excellent, the 401k, its .60 on the dollar match, I wish it was $1 for $1. The management is not the best. There is a negative attitude swirling around my entire department and it makes coming to work a challenge for me some days. All in all its a pretty good place to work very easy and laid back; so if you could let some of the other stressful things go, its not a bad place to work.
Great pay, good insurance, and benefit packages.
Poor management, bad hours, no room for advancement without degree.
