We are a leading jewelry repair and sales company with 88 stores in the United States. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail sales manager at the Crossgate Mall in the Albany NY area.
Store Managers hold a critical position and are responsible for leading store teams in driving sales, brand loyalty, providing exceptional customer service as well as recruiting and developing top retail talent. Candidates must be skilled and experienced retail managers who have a passion to deliver unparalleled customer service and sales results. This position has full accountability for the key financial results of the store and is responsible for the overall leadership and development of the store by building an independent, high-performing team that is dedicated to achieving results and supporting company strategies. The Store Manager has a direct reporting relationship to the District Manager. Open schedule availability is required.
Manage a Precision Time owned kiosk within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure customer satisfaction and to maximize profit contribution of individual kiosk.
Total operational and financial responsibility for an individual kiosk. $150k - $500k annual sales.
Directly perform hands-on work on an ongoing basis to train employees, respond to customer service needs, or otherwise role model appropriate behaviors in the kiosk.
Managers will provide overall leadership; recognize and motivate members of the team; coach and train the team for operational excellence.
General Managers are expected to work a minimum of 45 hours per week including peak periods
Supervises Assistant Manager and kiosk team member(s)
Friday Nights and Weekend shifts are required.
Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering inventory and supplies, and developing the kiosk team in accordance with company standards for each.
Manage up to 3-5 Team members.
Control Profit & Loss (i.e., plan attainment) by following cash control /security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
Protect company assets by maintaining proper inventory procedures, cash management, and discount policy.
Recruit, interview, and hire team members.
Conduct and document weekly progress reports for every staff member, setting SMART goals for success. Take disciplinary action when appropriate.
Conduct weekly Business to Business (build relationships) within geographic area (both internal and external) for all potential referral sources. Set and execute plan for follow up.
Ensure maintenance of equipment and facility meets or exceeds company standards.
Ensure work quality and customer satisfaction is at 100%.
Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs.
Ensure a safe working and customer environment by facilitating safe work behaviors.
High School or GED, College Preferred
2-4 years supervisory experience in a retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility.
Basic business math and accounting skills.

Basic personal computer literacy.
Compensation: Hourly Wage + Commission + Bonus
