required to dress professional, dress shirt, tie, slacks, and dress shoes, though pay was minimum wage with limited benefits, and 1% commission. In my opinion this is not a good company to work for as they do not take care of their employees.
The job itself was not difficult, minor watch services; battery replacement, gasket replacement, cleanings, etc.
The most enjoyable part of the job were the people I met (customers, and other mall store employees) they were all real nice, and I met some really inspiring people.
learned how to fix watches
not very busy at the countryside location/really boring.
