Packager (Former Employee), Marietta, GANovember 19, 2013
Pros: nice co-workers
Cons: short breaks
Fast paced environment, no socializing. Co-workers were pretty nice and outgoing people. Hardest part of this job was standing in the same spot for hours.

The work environment and what made workload better
Warehouse worker (Former Employee), Kennesaw, GAApril 13, 2013
Pros: consistent work
Cons: the amount of employees
The workplace was very stressful with constant operation of the assembly lines. The job is very easy to pick up on due to the repetitive tasks completed on each workday. The co-workers overall were good to work with depending on the shift. Some are less inclined to have higher production numbers while others strive for this. All this affects the time – more... we complete the workday. The management gave detailed instructions and performed tasks with us as well. The hardest part of the job not knowing the workload and numbers that are downloaded for orders to be completed. What this taught me was cooperation and focus on the job allow workload to be lightened and more is able to be completed. – less

The hardest part of the job was doing all the work and not being appreciated. The female co-workers were the worst.
