The work environment and what made workload better
Warehouse worker (Former Employee), Kennesaw, GA – April 13, 2013
Pros: consistent work
Cons: the amount of employees
The workplace was very stressful with constant operation of the assembly lines. The job is very easy to pick up on due to the repetitive tasks completed on each workday. The co-workers overall were good to work with depending on the shift. Some are less inclined to have higher production numbers while others strive for this. All this affects the time – more... we complete the workday. The management gave detailed instructions and performed tasks with us as well. The hardest part of the job not knowing the workload and numbers that are downloaded for orders to be completed. What this taught me was cooperation and focus on the job allow workload to be lightened and more is able to be completed. – less

This place I was always busy and i loved it because my day would go by fast. The manager was an awesome person. The hardest part was when drivers couldn't back up the containers in to the doors and they were holding back traffic
