NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
A minimum of 10 years experience in WHOLESALE sales.
Apparel, Accessories and/or Gift Market a HUGE plus. You will need to draw on your contacts and experience to develop and grow our US business.
Based on Australia’s Gold Coast, our Company specializes in coastal apparel and accessories for both Children and Adults. Our brands are market leaders.
Although, our nature is to keep a relatively low profile, we occupy significant, premium Australian and International retail space. From humble beginnings we have experienced continuous growth over our 15 years of operation, selling our product in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Caribbean, Pacific Islands and U.S. Mainland.
We are seeking a Sales Manager to help us continue to develop and to nurture our unique businesses. We have a talented Sales Team of just 6, at this time, but have plans to grow our sales force to 15 in the next 6 months.
In this diverse role, you will be become a key part of our Management Team; reporting directly to the North America Territory Manager. You will take responsibility for all aspects of the sales force including goal setting and cost control. You will ensure each brand’s distinctive look and relaxed feel, flows through in store presentations.

A minimum of 10 years experience in sales and/or sales management. In this key management position you will need to draw on your experience, to motivate and monitor the development and growth process of your sales team.
