Pros: close to work, casual dress code, company updates employees on health of company
Cons: poor leadership, long hours
I feel that this company is fair in compensation and benefits, but definitely takes advantage of employees personal time. Also company has a hard time understanding the needs of an international team (ie. meetings held at odd hours 10pm, 6am ect..)
