1. Clinical Coordination and Program Development
Directs the coordination of care between practices. Provides overall strategic management to streamline processes and ensure effectiveness. Implements programs and policies/procedures targeted at improving the patient experience and case management. Support delivery of quality care and high levels of patient satisfaction.
2. Staff Management
Collaborates with management team for employee management activities, for interview, selection and retention of staff members. Monitors performance appraisal completion. Provides consultation, counsel and guidance to managers and encourages participation in developing site and practice objectives. Formulates operating policies and procedures. Ensures continuing education of staff members. Ensures consistency and collaboration across practices and service lines.
3. Financial Management
Develops and monitors budgets and financial position for assigned areas. Ensures effective fiscal management. Identifies operational efficiencies to enhance operations, reduce costs and standardize operations. Collaborates with finance to identify areas of opportunity.
4. Quality Management, Compliance & Productivity Monitoring
Directs quality assurance functions and manages development and implementation of appropriate recommendations. Identifies clinical performance targets, metrics and processes in conjunction with leadership team. Monitors patient flow, evaluates wait times and access issues. Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Evaluates productivity, monitors trends and recommends actions.
BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION
1. Education and Training
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio required. Masters degree, nurse practitioner or physician assistant preferred.
Three to five years progressive clinical care coordination experience to have included management and leadership of clinical staff.
Primary care experience required; community health center experience preferred.

Computer literacy and Excel proficiency required. (word processing, intranet/internet, email, report creation, charts and graphs)
Strong problem solving/analytical skills required.
