Analyst, Client Reporting/Business Intelligence (Current Employee) – Reston, VA – September 22, 2015
This is a great company, with a strong foothold in the onsite healthcare industry. Compensation and benefits are respectable, but not exceedingly generous, especially for lower grade employees. Leadership is friendly and communicative.
This company has been great and very flexible with me when emergencies have happened in my life. The managers work with you instead of pushing you out. The dental team has gone through some much needed change because some employees really did not need to be here. The management tries to work with employees and brings in many things to help the day go by better. Everyone now gets along and loves working here. Thanks Premise Health you have been amazing to work for and I hope to have many more years here. Also the Dentist are great here very kind and so is all the staff. Amazing please to work and grow.

Premise Health is a positive environment that fosters great work/life balance and internal advancement. There are also many lines of service that Premise Health embodies, so the opportunities are endless.
Management was not fair, bias to friends she work with before. Inconsistent training, co-workers somewhat hostile. No break time.
Receptionist (Former Employee) – Boise, ID – August 31, 2017
Management shows favoritism to those she has worked with from prior company that she has hired. Poor training, inconsistent and co-workers talked more about personal matters than helping with basic EMR system questions. Stressful environment and back stabbing. No thank you.
Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) – Malvern, PA & Scottsdale, AZ – August 30, 2017
Lots of opportunity for those with clinical backgrounds. Fast growing, competitive operator of on-site employee wellness centers. Recent merger with Comprehensive Health Systems has made this one of the nation's largest of it's kind.
Great PTO, virtual opportunities available
Pay growth and advancement for non-clinical staff.
IT Business Analyst / Product Manager (Former Employee) – Brentwood, TN – August 9, 2017
Since the company is changing directions and going to epic. The company has been very secretive about laying people off. Me as an employee of almost 3 years I will be laid off August 31, 2017.Company only gave me one week severance pay.
Management seems to be emotional and act on emotions.
Overall the employees were the best to work with we had lots of fun and great memories.
Professional environment and great manager. Work is managable. Employees from different cultural backgrounds. Salary is competitive.
Medical Assistant (Current Employee) – Miami, FL – July 30, 2017

Health Care Center Manager (Current Employee) – Brentwood, TN – July 6, 2017
Upper management very disconnected with front-line staff, micro-manages. DCO unaware for clients needs and services provided to client yet offers unfounded guidance which makes the work environment stressful, constantly short staffed, staff has no respect for middle management.
