supervisors didn't listen to problems and actually made the other staff do a part of their job. sexist environment men are left doing all the hard nasty work. cnas were not cpr certified. extreme favoritism with supervisor treated their friends a lot better, totally obvious to. problems were brought to hr supervisors were talked to but then lashed out – more...  at all the employees that they thought spoke out against them. – less

great work environment to work in
experienced child care aide (Former Employee), spring park,minnesota –
Pros: flexible schedule
great work experience. Loved working with children. Worked also with the elderly. Went on field trips/out side play time.
