That is precisely true I am a current worker at prestige and I see a lot of nepotism bias racism favoritism and if you aren't in their little circle they won't even look at you ... family is in charge and promote their own families to positions they are not even qualified for or can spell while others work Hard and are looked down upon.. prestige care is all talk and everyone's experience is different but even now I can say it's still going on as we speak ... unless you go through it you will never know ... when you have management being friends with each other and promoting their families over other more qualified employees that is not right or legal... they break the rules and when it's time for he state to come and review them they run around and get things in order for those occasions .. prestige care may have fooled some but management can't fool me ... Harold delamarter is just like his company he is money hungry too that's why he doesn't care his pocket is being filled with 4 million every 5 months... people in management are back stabbing these are the people that they promote to even higher positions... I just don't understand that lol

Awful, money hungry, all they care about is heads in beds people. If you truly have compassion for the elderly you will struggle a lot with this company. It's almost as if the residents aren't people just $$$$

Report answer

It is stressful when others are having a difficult time on any given day. When we have enough staff to accomodate each residents needs, it is easy; however without staff to serve, or care for our charges, it makes the day difficult.
